Family Resource Centre is proud to offer Fee for Service (FFS) counselling to increase service availability and allow clients to continue with the counsellor they’ve seen under short-term free counselling.

Please ensure your chosen counsellor is registered with your coverage program. FRC can bill directly for ICBC, Work BC / Community Futures, Crime Victim Assistance, and Autism funding. Sessions under Autism Funding cannot start until you have registered the counsellor in your “My Family Services” portal and have a letter confirming the counsellor’s registration. For insurance or extended health benefits (e.g., Pacific Blue Cross), you’ll pay at your appointment and submit for reimbursement.

We invite you to call our office at (250) 545-3390 to book a free 15-minute exploratory conversation with your preferred counsellor.
