Welcome to the Man Cave
A free monthly program for men (19+) to connect, have fun, and take part in activities around the region

Past events include multimedia art classes at the Vernon Community Arts Centre, attending a Vernon Vipers game, cooking at the Vernon Friendship Centre, a dancing class with Cheek to Cheek Dance Studio, hikes around the area, and an introductory swordfighting class with the North Okanagan Fellowship of Swordfighters

Designed with men’s mental health in mind, this program focuses on building connection through shared activities rather than one-on-one talking
